Dental Services Weren't Covered By My Insurance

I went to the dentist a few weeks ago and had a cavity filled. I got a bill 2 days ago for the dental services the insurance wouldn't pay for. I don't know why they didn't pay for it because I've never had this issue before. Anyways, it is going to cause an inconvenience because I will need to call the insurance company to find out why it wasn't covered and then possibly pay for the services I had done. I wasn't expecting to be charged for anything so I will have to make payments.
